Plot
A brilliant but unstable inventor, Robur, believes that the only path to global harmony is through fear. Armed with a powerful airship, he takes control of a series of strategic locations, threatening to unleash devastating bombs unless world leaders comply with his vision of peace. As chaos ensues, a determined journalist and a military officer team up to confront Robur and thwart his plans. With the fate of humanity hanging in the balance, they must navigate a dangerous game of wits against a man whose intellect is matched only by his madness.
