Plot

A vibrant young woman suddenly collapses while dancing in a disco, her condition stemming from strychnine poisoning. Her boyfriend and a doctor, believing she has attempted suicide, admit her to the Fifth Floor, a mental institution filled with eccentric inmates and a sinister orderly. However, the young woman maintains her sanity amidst the chaos, trapped in a world that doesn't recognize her reality.
