Plot

Luke Brown finds himself in a bind after being drugged by the gangsters running the upscale Boathouse Inn, particularly a seductive pickpocket named Roxie. Brown possesses crucial information about a $3,000,000 inheritance belonging to Chow Brewster and his cousin. The Inn's owner plots to silence Brown until he can push Chow into despair, allowing him to marry Chow's cousin before she learns of her newfound wealth.
