Plot

Yukio Haruyama, a young elementary student, navigates life with an eccentric uncle who moonlights as a part-time philosophy lecturer while relying heavily on his family. When this uncle embarks on a blind date with the captivating Eri Inaba, a fourth-generation Japanese woman from Hawaii, he becomes smitten. Eventually, Eri returns to Hawaii to manage her late grandmother's coffee farm. Motivated by his uncle’s feelings, Yukio joins him on an adventure to Hawaii, where they hope to reconnect with Eri and discover the complexities of love and family ties.
