Plot

Fugitives Burke, Virdon, and Galen find themselves in a race against time to rescue a human blacksmith and his son from the clutches of the ruthless gorilla leader, Urko, who has vowed to execute them if his horse fails to win another race. In their quest for justice, the trio devises a clever scheme to unmask a corrupt gorilla by implicating him in a plot to assassinate Urko. This telefilm, the third in a series of five, weaves together elements from two episodes of the 1974 TV series: "The Horse Race" and "The Tyrant."
