Plot
Major Jim Colton navigates the complex dynamics between the U.S. Army and Apache leader Cochise, fostering a fragile partnership. However, his efforts are sabotaged by the scheming Indian agent Neil Baylor, who orchestrates a deceptive attack and kidnaps a farmer's son. While Colton investigates the troubling situation, Baylor manipulates Lieutenant Bascom into believing Cochise’s band is responsible, ultimately inciting a hostile expedition against the Apache. As tensions rise, Colton must confront betrayal and the looming conflict that threatens both his integrity and the fragile peace he has worked to maintain.
