Plot

Harvey, a pampered and arrogant boy with a neglectful father, takes an unexpected plunge overboard from a transatlantic ship and is rescued by a fishing crew on the Grand Banks. Unable to charm them with tales of his wealth, he finds himself stuck on the vessel. The captain assigns him a menial job, forcing Harvey to earn his keep. Through hard work and camaraderie with the crew, he undergoes a profound transformation, evolving into a thoughtful and responsible young man by the time they return to shore.
