In 1975, a unique group of skateboarders gathered at a freeway embankment in Northern California, unknowingly sparking a movement that would revolutionize skateboarding worldwide. Their untold journey comes to light years later, as filmmaker James Sweigert gains access to the story with the blessing of founder John O’Shei in 2011. Over the course of 11 years, Sweigert meticulously explored attics, basements, and garages, uncovering 86 minutes of previously unseen footage and photos that capture the essence of this vibrant, undocumented skate scene from Northern California.
