Plot

A couple finds themselves in peril when the notorious Dr. Callistratus, a mad scientist presumed dead after execution, mysteriously resurrects thanks to a heart transplant. With the help of his disabled aide, Carl, the vampiric Callistratus conducts sinister experiments on prisoners at a hospital for the criminally insane. His chilling quest for blood sustenance not only threatens the lives of the inmates but also places the couple directly in his terrifying path as they seek to escape his malevolent grasp.
