Plot

Set in the summer of 1981 at Camp Firewood, the final day arrives, bursting with unresolved adventures before campers return to reality. At the forefront is Beth, the camp director, who is not only trying to maintain order but also finds herself smitten with a local astrophysics instructor. Meanwhile, he races against time to avert disaster from a crashing piece of NASA's Skylab. Amidst thrilling waterfall rescues, tangled romances, a colorful cast of characters, and quirky talking vegetable cans, everything culminates in the exciting talent show that promises to tie up all loose ends.
