Plot

Arnold Masters, a mental patient wrongfully incarcerated for a murder, discovers the ability to astral project from a fellow inmate. After his release, he seeks vengeance on those he blames for his wrongful conviction, his mother's death during his imprisonment, and the rising cost of meat. As Arnold eliminates his targets using his newfound powers, detectives Lt. Morgan and Lt. Anderson pursue him. Meanwhile, his compassionate psychiatrist, Dr. Scott, races against time to stop him from spiraling further into chaos and avoid additional bloodshed.
