Plot

Tough New York cop Joe Dylanne is drawn to Northern California when his former lover, Katy Greer, reaches out in a crisis. Her family has fallen victim to a violent gang of marijuana dealers, leaving her desperate for assistance. Upon his arrival, Joe quickly realizes that the local police are ineffectual, forcing him to join forces with Katy's resourceful nephew, a survivalist.
