Plot

Five years post-sentence in holographic stasis, the notorious terrorist Slash Galagher faces a parole hearing. However, a sabotage by his loyal followers inadvertently turns him into a powerful hologram, granting him extraordinary abilities. With chaos looming, it's up to Kurt Decoda, the rookie cop who originally apprehended Galagher, to confront this newly empowered menace.
