Plot

Aspiring gangster Fan (Neo Yau) finds himself in over his head after a bar fight with an off-duty officer lands him a three-month sentence in a Hong Kong juvenile detention center. Known for its harsh, military-style rehabilitation methods, the facility subjects its young inmates to a regime of insults and mistreatment, executed by disenchanted staff. Amid the oppressive atmosphere, a few dedicated guards strive to make a difference, offering a glimmer of hope in an otherwise bleak environment.
