Plot

Jack Morgan, a quirky dog therapist, once gained fame for his supposed ability to read canine minds. Although he can't actually interpret other dogs' thoughts, he runs a successful practice, keeping his limitations hidden. When Mr. Mooney, a powerful friend of the mayor, expresses dissatisfaction with Jack's services, he threatens to shut him down. Shortly after, wealthy Clyde Windsor arrives with his dog, Lucky, and Jack is shocked to genuinely grasp Lucky's thoughts. Concerned, he ends the session prematurely, warning Windsor that the dog is troubled by three people in his household.
