Ron Lamothe's 2007 documentary explores the journey of Christopher McCandless, famously chronicled in "Into the Wild." McCandless, an adventurous spirit who viewed life as a quest, passed away in August 1992 on Alaska's Stampede Trail after a two-year trek across the United States. His travels spanned from Atlanta to Arizona, through Mexico, and included stops in California's Salton Sea, Las Vegas, and Carthage, South Dakota. Ultimately, at just 24 years old, he ventured into the Alaskan wilderness, where he lived alone for 113 days before succumbing to starvation.
