Plot
Set in France in 1803, eleven years post-Revolution, a clandestine royalist faction operates under the guise of the Purple Mask, the new incarnation of the Scarlet Pimpernel. This enigmatic hero saves distressed nobles and captures Napoleon's officials for ransom, all while being supported by a network of beautiful models led by Laurette, the Duc de Latour's daughter. Unbeknownst to her, the true identity of the Purple Mask is none other than the seemingly frivolous dancing instructor, Rene, whose dual life adds layers of intrigue to his daring escapades.
