Plot
A stranded UFO becomes the focus of a U.S. government investigation after it is impounded. Its unusual pilot, a cat equipped with a collar that grants him extraordinary abilities, manages to evade capture. In his quest to repair his ship and return to space, he enlists the aid of a sympathetic scientist. Together, they navigate the challenges of both human and feline communication, racing against time to thwart government forces and secure the cat's escape back to his home among the stars.
