Plot
Nick DeMarco, a petty con artist, finds himself forced into a dead-end job as a department store Santa by his parole officer. Initially resentful, his attitude shifts when he makes a hasty promise to young Billy that Santa will reunite his estranged parents by Christmas. Determined to fulfill this vow, Nick embarks on a quest to bring joy to the boy. However, after meeting Carol, Billy's mother, he faces a dilemma: will he prioritize his own desires or embrace the chance to make a real difference in their lives?
