Plot

Set in the tranquil town of Morioh in 1999, strange happenings disrupt the peace. Marine biologist Jōtarō Kūjō arrives to connect with Jōsuke Higashikata, who is revealed to be the illegitimate son of Jōtarō's grandfather, Joseph Joestar. Their initial unfamiliarity gives way to a deeper bond as they form a team with the timid Kōichi Hirose and the exuberant Okuyasu Nijimura.
