Takayuki Yamada
Takayuki Yamada (山田 孝之, born on October 20, 1983) is a renowned Japanese actor and singer who has captivated audiences with his versatile performances. Growing up in a family with two older sisters, Yamada is also a proud father to one son. His journey in the entertainment industry began at the tender age of 15 when he was discovered by the talent agency Stardust, leading to his acting debut in the 1999 television drama "Psychometrer Eiji 2."
Yamada gained significant recognition for his compelling portrayal of Matsumoto Sakutaro in the 2004 TBS series "Sekai no Chuushin de, Ai wo Sakebu." His breakthrough came in 2005 with the film "Densha Otoko," which solidified his status as a leading actor in Japan. Since then, he has taken on diverse roles, showcasing his range in projects such as "Taiyou no Uta" and the heartfelt film "The Letter" (Tegami), where he starred alongside Erika Sawajiri.
