S01E22 Billy the Kid
Episode Overview
In the late 1860s, Doug and Tony find themselves in Lincoln, where they cross paths with the infamous Billy the Kid. After Doug shoots Billy, believing he has killed him, he and Tony make a hasty escape. However, Billy survives the encounter, the bullet merely striking his belt buckle, and he sets out to track them down. With Kirk's help, they manage to capture Billy using a clever voice distraction. In a twist, Tony heads back into town and is mistaken for the outlaw. Pat Garrett arrives, persuading the sheriff of Tony's true identity, but the angry mob remains unconvinced. Billy confronts Doug for a showdown, leading to a chaotic brawl where Pat and Tony intervene just in time to save Doug from danger. The trio narrowly escapes once more.
