Episode Overview

Two men are murdered, and, intriguingly, their organs are delivered to hospitals just minutes before they’re needed for transplant surgeries. Sam and his team investigate the killings and suspect that the culprit is likely someone who has previously received an organ transplant. This individual has taken it upon himself to provide organs for others with the same rare blood type. The team orchestrates a sting operation that brings the killer out into the open, leading to his suicide as a final act of altruism. Meanwhile, Art Behar, Bailey's superior, frames him in a witness tampering case. However, John, Marcus, and George uncover the evidence that not only exonerates Bailey but also implicates Behar. Jack becomes enraged after discovering Sharon has befriended the owner of a local newsstand, ultimately killing him to prove to Sharon that he is her only true friend. Additionally, Chloe is stalked by a man obsessively photographing her, leading to unsettling implications by the episode's conclusion.
