Episode Overview
In a twisted take on 'Party of Five,' the youngest sibling in a troubled orphaned family resorts to murder to keep them intact. The first victim is the boyfriend of his sister, whose potential marriage threatens to tear the family apart. As the episode unfolds, the young man eliminates anyone he perceives as a threat. Sam profiles him as someone grappling with profound loss and clinging to what he cherishes. The VCTF initially suspects the oldest brother, who has a history of physical abuse, but Sam soon uncovers a deeper emotional turmoil. Meanwhile, Bailey faces the reality of his ex-wife's serious relationship, and Chloe is frustrated when Sam invites her boyfriend, Paul, for Christmas.
