The ER becomes the focal point when a deeply troubled family starts to hurt one another during a therapy session. Meanwhile, Geiger and his team of clowns come back to lift the spirits of children recovering from a bus accident, performing a whimsical pantomime of "The Emperor's New Clothes" to bring some joy amidst the chaos.
