In this episode, we journey to southern Turkey and explore the charming village of Kaleköy in the Kekova region. We meet a local family who operates the Likya restaurant, where they serve up delightful, traditional Turkish dishes. Our connection with them spans over 30 years, dating back to our early sailing adventures here. We also learn about the locals' fondness for carob beans and how they create a deliciously healthy syrup from them. To top it off, we introduce our friend Kadriye, who prepares a classic Turkish lunch, while one of her neighbors shows us how to make gözleme, a local pancake.
