Jay Blades and his team set out to restore three cherished family heirlooms, each carrying its own rich history. Silversmith Brenton West takes on the challenge of revitalizing a dilapidated trophy that honors a late mother’s musical talent, won back in 1955 by a girl who left her singing dreams behind for family life. Meanwhile, wood specialist Will Kirk skillfully refurbishes an intricate birdcage, a gift from a daughter to her biological father, whom she found later in life. With Will's careful repairs and some final touches from metal expert Dom, the birdcage is beautifully restored for Sarah. Lastly, leather expert Suzie Fletcher breathes new life into a worn boxing bag that belonged to a successful cruiser-weight fighter, leaving grandson Danny in awe of her remarkable transformation.
