Title: Laura Plot: Clare informs Martin that she’s heading to Australia with her new partner, Shane. Concerned, Martin seeks legal advice to stop Rosie from leaving the country. Meanwhile, Matt encounters Laura, the new tenant upstairs, and attempts to impress her but ends up embarrassing himself. Later, he finds her distressed on the stairs after a disagreement with her husband. He comforts her, leading to a passionate encounter in his bedroom. When Mandy and Martin return home, Matt brags about his escapade, but they are skeptical. Clare confronts Martin upon discovering his legal maneuvers to block her trip with Rosie. After firing his lawyer, Martin contemplates abducting Rosie to Brazil but ultimately reconsiders after witnessing Clare and Rosie together.
