Episode Overview

George reconnects with his old police partner, Nev Cook. Together with Paul, they respond to a nearby domestic disturbance. Before heading off to celebrate his retirement, Nev stops by the pub for some drinks. However, he accidentally collides with a baby in a pram and flees the scene. The Westside community rallies to save the infant while trying to track down the driver. Nev confides in George about his involvement and pleads for his help, leading George to seek solace in alcohol. Meanwhile, Sarah and Lisa step in to assist Queenie, a local homeless woman, after Ernie removes her bench outside the pub. Elly grapples with the challenges of being a working mother.
