However, a jackknifed truck obstructs the remote path, leaving Darrell Ward to tackle the removal of the wrecked vehicle solo. Meanwhile, Lisa Kelly ventures toward Utik with her heaviest load of the season, facing an unforgettable ride on the melting roads. New Polar driver Art Burke finds himself in a tough spot during his first solo journey as engine issues threaten to halt his progress. At VP, rookie Todd Dewey faces a challenge when his excavator haul leads to several tire blowouts under the immense weight. Additionally, The King of Obsolete's crew breaks through the ice at one of the farthest locations on the winter roads.
