Episode Overview
With only a few days left in the season to crown the load count champion, Polar and VP Express rush to complete their deliveries along the quickly thawing roads. At VP, Hugh Rowland takes a fire truck along the challenging path to Wasagamack. Before setting off, he unexpectedly drops by the Polar yard. Rookie Todd Dewey struggles to return to Winnipeg with an unusually light load that makes gaining traction difficult. Meanwhile, Polar’s Alex Debogorski faces the slick conditions and crashes nose-first into a ditch. Polar team members Darrell Ward and Lisa Kelly tackle the season's widest haul, but when Darrell's truck can’t manage the heavy load any further, Lisa must step in to finish the journey.
