Episode Overview

A unique Celtic cross disappears from Charlotte's auction house, following Lovejoy's request for the porter to allow a friend to examine it. Determined to track down the culprit, Charlotte and Lovejoy embark on an adventure across western Wales in search of the stolen treasure. However, they soon discover that others are also pursuing the cross. Meanwhile, Charlotte declines Lovejoy's offer to share a room at a quaint village inn, adding tension to their partnership as they navigate the pursuit.
