Episode Overview

In a desperate moment, Lelouch fatally wounds Euphemia right before Suzaku's eyes. Heartbroken, Suzaku takes her lifeless body back to the Avalon while the Black Knights work to control the chaos. As Euphemia succumbs to her injuries, Lelouch reveals his vision for the United State of Japan. Alone in his sorrow, he reflects on his choices, finding some solace in C.C.'s presence, who reassures him of her loyalty due to their pact. Meanwhile, Area 11 erupts in rebellion against the Britannian Empire, and Lelouch propels the conflict forward by triggering the downfall of the Tokyo Settlement with his vast army.
