Pingu (1986)

Episode Overview

Pingu is excited to go on a camping adventure with Pingo. As he bids farewell to his parents, his father offers him a hat, which Pingu reluctantly accepts. Once outside, he happily removes the hat and stashes it in a box. When they reach their chosen camping spot, the two friends argue over where to construct their igloo, leading them to work separately. However, with only half the ice blocks each, their igloos turn out to be unstable and soon collapse, much to each other's amusement. Eventually, they reconcile, collaborate on a sturdy igloo, and enjoy a cozy evening sharing fish on a blanket inside.
