Pingu (1986)

Episode Overview

Pingu and Pinga are supposed to be heading to bed, but they have other plans in mind. They start by playing with their blocks and pretending to fight over them. When Mum tells Pingu to brush his teeth, he amusingly shuffles along with block boxes on his feet. Instead of brushing his teeth, Pingu ends up scrubbing the bathtub, and in the process, he accidentally tips over Pinga's potty. Eventually, Mum gets them to their bedroom, but they try to sneak away when she isn’t looking. They ask for various things like a teddy bear, pacifier, fish, and bottles. When Mum stops responding to their requests (except for one from Pinga), they find her fast asleep. They then gently move her into the bedroom and finally settle down to sleep together.
