Episode Overview
It’s bedtime for Pingu, who drifts off as Mother reads him a story. While he sleeps, the igloo begins to bounce and suddenly floats away. Pingu’s bed grows legs and starts to roam. Initially startled, he soon enjoys the wild ride, blissfully unaware of a giant walrus or leopard seal lurking nearby. The creature eventually reveals itself, placing the igloo on top of Pingu and the bed. It playfully squishes and stretches Pingu, then devours the mattress like a chocolate bar. Taking advantage of the distraction, Pingu and the bed make a run for it, but he tumbles down a steep slope. Upon landing, Pingu wakes up to find his “snowy mountain” is just his stationary bed, realizing it was all a dream. He shares his adventure with Mother, who comforts him.
