Episode Overview
Pingu and his parents are busy with various tasks when Pingo arrives and invites Pingu to join him for a playdate. The two friends excitedly rush off to play together. They start off having a blast with their ball, but things take a wild turn when the ball rolls away and lands on an ice overhang. While trying to retrieve it, they accidentally fall through a trapdoor into an ice cave. The entrance collapses, leaving them trapped inside. As they explore the dripping, echoing tunnels, they discover a slope leading to the surface, but it's across a dangerous chasm. Pingu bravely swings across on a rope, though it slips free as he reaches the other side. He then cleverly lassos the rope around a small stalagmite for Pingo. Encouraging Pingo to hang on and shuffle across while he holds the rope, Pingu struggles as Pingo's weight causes him to slip. Quick on his feet, Pingu tugs the rope,
