S03E09 Pingu Argues with his Mother
Episode Overview
Pingu is outside the igloo, chopping wood for the fire when Pingo shows up with a ball, inviting him to play. Pingu heads inside to ask his mother, who is busy ironing, for permission, but she angrily refuses. Pingu argues with her before going back outside to tell Pingo the bad news, leading Pingo to leave while Pingu resumes chopping wood in frustration. After a while, Pingu tries asking his mother again, but she still denies him, prompting more arguing. Upset, he sticks his tongue out at her and starts bringing the wood into the igloo. However, he soon decides to sneak off to play with Pingo, who is attempting to shoot balls into a barrel as a hoop. They have fun until Mother arrives and insists on bringing Pingu back to load more wood. While inside, Pingu angrily throws the wood on the floor, accidentally hurting his foot. Ignoring his pain, he kicks the table, breaking a fruit
