Pingu (1986)

Episode Overview

Pingu steps out of the igloo pulling a trolley, while the snowman observes him, its carrot nose having fallen off. He scoops some snow into the trolley and heads back inside. Moments later, he re-emerges with a toy sailboat. Spotting the snowman, he replaces its carrot nose and gives its head a spin. After building a small snow mound, he places the boat on top and giggles as it slides down. He returns inside with the boat, then comes out again, pulling the trolley now loaded with it. He takes the trolley to a nearby pool, sets the boat in the water, and attempts to blow it along, only to be disheartened when it capsizes due to a hole in the bottom. Pingu patches the hole with a plaster, then puts the boat back in the water, happily watching it sail away. Following the boat, he blows it back when it reaches the end of the pool.
