S04E23 Pingu Helps Grandfather
Episode Overview
Pingu's family is gathered at home, with Pingu engrossed in a comic while Pinga plays doctor with her teddy bear as the patient. Father reads the newspaper, and Mother is busy knitting. Suddenly, the phone rings, and Father picks it up to hear from Grandfather, who has fallen while hanging a picture and injured his foot. After relaying the news to the family, Father and Mother engage in a lengthy discussion. Growing impatient, Pingu hops onto the motorized sled, but when the conversation drags on, he decides to walk to Grandfather's house, grumbling to himself. Father jumps on the sled, calling for Mother and Pinga, but then Mother remembers something and heads back inside for her floral hat. Pinga soon follows suit, fetching her doctor’s bag. Finally, they’re ready to leave, but Father realizes he's forgotten the sled starter key and sheepishly retrieves it. With everyone laughing, they set off. Pingu arrives at Grandfather’s
