Pingu (1986)

Episode Overview

Pingu and his pals, Pingo, Pingg, and Pongi, are having a blast on their sledges, but their wild antics create chaos for everyone around them. They first zoom past some students from the Sledge Academy, then disrupt a stall where the Instructor hands Pingu's dad a vest. Next, they rush by a poor lady from a previous adventure, startling a man reading a newspaper, causing his hat and paper to fly away. They speed through two igloos and a vegetable stall before crashing into a fish stand. When Pingu returns home, his parents express their disappointment in his reckless behavior and warn him that they’ll take his sledge away unless he enrolls in the Sledge Academy. Pingu and his friends attend the lessons, and after a few blunders, they finally master their sledging skills, graduating with diplomas at the end.
