Even though Sharon smokes, she's worried about the long breaks her colleagues take to indulge in their habit. To address this, she's arranged a mandatory anti-smoking seminar. Unsurprisingly, the smokers are not pleased about it. The seminar is led by Derek, who humorously shows up dressed as a cigarette and even performs a song.
