The Smoking Room, crafted by Brian Dooley, is a British sitcom that aired on BBC Three from June to August 2004, capturing viewers' attention with its unique setting. The show, which earned Dooley a BAFTA in 2005, features a group of characters navigating life and relationships in a designated smoking area. Following an eight-episode first series and a Christmas special, a second series premiered in July 2005. Both series were released on DVD and CD in 2006.
