The models endure a tense day as they undergo makeovers with renowned hairstylist Laurent D and celebrated fashion photographer Troy Jensen. During the following photo shoot, fashion stylist Lori Goldstein outfits the girls in stunning couture, while photographer Pamela Hanson captures them in small clusters, resulting in several emotional breakdowns. One model proves particularly challenging, testing the patience of her peers. Lori Goldstein also takes a seat on the judging panel to help determine which contestant will be sent home.
