Tyra's nutritionist, Heather Bauer, quizzes the models on their knowledge of healthy eating and shares some useful "cheat" tips for enhancing their diets. Tensions rise as two girls clash verbally over a piece of chicken. With acting coach Eugene Buica's guidance, Nigel encourages the girls to connect with their "inner critic" for a camera performance. Photographer Mike Rosenthal and Jay Manuel lead the models in a high-stakes photo shoot featuring live bees, during which one girl grapples with a personal crisis. Model and actress Alek Wek joins the judges to determine which contestant will be sent home.
