Episode Overview

Charlie is furious about Kristen's departure. Grace arrives at the restaurant seeking help for her homeless initiative and asks for the leftovers from Salinger's, but Charlie harshly turns her away. Meanwhile, an old acquaintance of Nick's comes in looking for work, and Charlie hires him, honoring a promise to his father. Claudia blames the house for all their misfortunes and hires an exorcist. They suspect the exorcist opened a bank account in Nick's name, but it turns out to be Earl. Bailey confides in Callie about his two-year dry spell, leading to a night of passion between them. Sarah hosts a Halloween party, prompting Bailey to attend to ease his guilt over cheating. Julia struggles with Justin dating someone new and attempts to sabotage their relationship, only to later regret it and help them reconcile. After a fight with Sarah, Bailey seeks solace from Callie, but finds her with another guy, leaving him to drown his sorrows in beer.
