Charlie learns that his friend Kevin has achieved full remission, but he worries that Kevin's recovery might somehow reduce his own chances of healing. Meanwhile, Julian and Griffin come to the sobering realization that they’ve been pouring money into a failing business venture. On another front, Sarah becomes increasingly anxious about the idea that she might remain a virgin, especially after Elliot reveals that he is gay.
