Episode Overview

Griffin puts the shop up for sale, and the only interested buyer turns out to be his rival. With no other options, he reluctantly sells it, freeing him and Julia from their debts. The new owner offers Griffin a position at the store, which he initially declines until Julia persuades him otherwise. Meanwhile, Charlie is hospitalized again due to pneumonia. Although he improves, he struggles with feelings of sadness, causing concern among his friends. In a solemn move, he decides to draft a will. Bailey opts to leave college to confront these challenges, while Paul tells Kristen that she still has feelings for Charlie. Claudia, on the other hand, is skipping school.
