Episode Overview
The atmosphere in the house is generally lightening up, except for the ongoing silence between Nicole and Malik. Malik is hopeful that they can eventually mend their friendship, but the other roommates feel that Nicole should move on. Meanwhile, both Malik and Mike are looking forward to family visits. Mike is caught off guard when he discovers that his divorced parents are coming to see him "together." The roommates are surprised by how different Mike's parents are, with Coral likening his mom to "a Dallas Cowboy cheerleader." During dinner, Mike feels awkward as his dad makes comments about black culture in Cleveland, highlighting Mike's significant personal growth throughout his time in New York.
