Episode Overview

With no dates for the evening, the girls decide to babysit Fonzie's godson. When a big date opportunity arises, only one of them can go, leaving the other to care for the baby. Laverne gets the chance to go out, but when her date falls through, Shirley rushes to prevent Laverne from hopping on a bus to Chicago. She enlists Lenny and Squiggy to watch the baby while she retrieves her friend. Upon their return, the girls are shocked to discover Lenny and Squiggy there, but the baby is missing. They panic, believing the worst, only to learn that the baby was returned to its actual father.
